Window cleaning in Bountiful and Farmington
The best window cleaning you’ve ever had, or it’s free.
The Davis County bench looks west over the Great Salt Lake and east up the Wasatch, and the glass gets lake dust from one side and canyon wind from the other. We keep it clear on both sides on a set neighborhood day.
Now booking. Serving Bountiful, North Salt Lake and Farmington, UT 84010, 84054 and 84025.
What Bountiful and Farmington do to a window
Bountiful, North Salt Lake and Farmington run along the narrow bench between the Wasatch and the Great Salt Lake, and the homes up on Bountiful Boulevard, in Eaglewood and on the Farmington bench have the whole lake in the window. The lake is also where the dust comes from. As the water has receded, the exposed lakebed to the west sends fine, salty dust across Davis County on every west wind, and it settles on the west-facing view glass that these houses were built around. The inversion fills this end of the valley in January as thickly as it does downtown and leaves a gray film, and the bench roads, Bountiful Boulevard and Eaglewood Drive especially, are salted all winter.
The canyon side has its own weather. Mueller Park and the streets below the Bountiful foothills take the wind down Mill Creek and Holbrook Canyon, which brings mountain dust in summer and drives the Gambel oak leaves into gutters in October. Farmington sits below Farmington Canyon, one of the windiest spots on the Wasatch Front, and the east winds there can strip trees and sandblast glass in a bad fall storm. The lots in Val Verda, Centerville and around Oakridge Country Club are irrigated all summer with hard water, and the fairway overspray leaves calcium spots on the lower panes. The cottonwoods along the creeks drop fluff in June, and wildfire smoke in August and September coats the west glass.
A quarterly plan suits most Bountiful, North Salt Lake and Farmington homes, with the inside glass done once a year and an exterior visit added after the melt in March. View homes on the bench with sprinklers reaching the glass, and fairway homes at Eaglewood and Oakridge, often go to every two months through the summer. The bench houses have two and three stories of glass on the downhill west side, and we reach it with water-fed poles and purified water from the ground. We work the Bountiful bench, North Salt Lake and Farmington on their own days, work the whole street in one pass, and send a text the morning of each visit so nobody has to wait at home.

Bountiful and Farmington window cleaning questions
How much does window cleaning cost in Bountiful and Farmington?
First-clean pricing varies by home size and service package. A first cleaning, inside and out, is $259 for a home up to 2,000 square feet, $329 for 2,000 to 3,500 square feet, and $429 for larger homes on our Silver package. After that, a quarterly maintenance plan runs $60, $77, or $100 a month for those same home sizes. Lakefront and estate homes get a custom quote.
Can you get the lake dust off the glass without scratching it?
Yes. Dust off the Great Salt Lake bed is fine and salty, and wiping it dry is how glass gets scratched and streaked. We wet the glass first, wash it with a soft brush or strip washer, then squeegee, so the grit floats off instead of dragging across the pane. Tracks and screens on the west side hold most of it and get the same treatment.
Can you reach the view glass on a bench home?
Yes. Most homes on the Bountiful and Farmington benches have their biggest windows on the downhill west side, two or three stories over a slope, and we clean them with water-fed poles and purified water from the ground and use ladders only where the footing is safe. Tell us the number of stories on the downhill side on the quote form so we bring the right poles.
Will the fairway sprinkler spots come off at Eaglewood and Oakridge?
In most cases, yes. Davis County water is hard, and fairway and lawn sprinklers that hit the same lower panes every morning from May through September leave calcium spots a regular clean will not take off once they have set. Point them out on the quote form and we will assess them on the first visit and tell you what a dedicated treatment will remove.
